‘Game.des file’ issue which risen after Jan. 19th Maintenance was in fact manipulated file in attempt to steal your valuable in-game items.

One may get infected through just by visiting phishing site or by downloading game client through unofficial download site.

Please inspect your PC as following.

1. Open directory folder where Mu client has been installed (Usually installed under C:\Program Files\Webzen\Mu folder)
2. Check if there is ‘Game.des’ file or not.
3. If this file exist, delete Mu client and directory folder, and download the client through mirror download site on our Homepage link.
4. Install newly downloaded client and run your anti-virus program to check any possible infection.
5. If everything checks out clean, login at our homepage and change your password for security.
6. Start the game.

Global Mu online do not release client through torrent program at the moment, so please use other download mirror sites.
